Condo with Personality

Here in Toronto, like in many big urban centers, the city is filled (and continues to fill up) with high-rise condo apartments that often look sterile and have little to no personality at all. This 800 square feet Long Island City, Queens NY apartment of interior designer Alvin Wayne really caught my eyes and it made it easy to visualize how we can transform those cookie-cutter condo apartments into a stylish and unique home. Loving the colours, furniture, mix of textures and the fact it looks super livable and not pretentious at all.

Here are pictures of the tour as well as some product resources and inspirations.

The majority of the pictures are from Clever but I also lifted pics from Alvin’s website as well as a previous tour on Apartment Therapy.

Enjoy!
